36bd Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations as a Player

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 36bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://36bd.io and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the 36bd platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Player Account" means the individual account created by a User upon successful registration with 36bd.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the platform are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player via a supported payment method, net of any withdrawals or losses.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as Real Money.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as updated from time to time on the Deposits page of the platform.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information updated throughout the lifetime of your account. 36bd is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player, including but not limited to incorrect payment details that result in failed or misdirected withdrawals.

3.2 Identity Verification

36bd may require Players to complete an identity verification process ("KYC — Know Your Customer") at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal or in response to suspicious account activity. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Players who fail to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may have their withdrawal request suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Player Account using your credentials is deemed to be your activity, whether or not you authorised it. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

36bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no hidden currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals. The ৳ amount you deposit via bKash is the ৳ amount credited to your Real Money Balance.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 36bd reserves the right to revise these limits at any time by updating the relevant information on the Deposits page of the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to a Supported Payment Method are typically processed within three (3) minutes of approval. Approval timelines may extend to 24 hours where additional verification is required under our anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. Withdrawals will, by default, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to the account, as a fraud-prevention measure.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they convert to Real Money eligible for withdrawal. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, 36bd reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and to permanently close the implicated accounts.

5.4 No Stacking of Offers

Unless explicitly stated, a Player may only hold one active bonus offer at a time. Depositing to claim a second promotional offer while a prior bonus remains active may result in the prior bonus being forfeited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Provider Rules

All casino games available on 36bd are supplied by third-party Game Providers. The rules of each game are determined by the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a Game Provider's displayed rules and any information on the 36bd platform, the Game Provider's rules shall take precedence for matters relating to game mechanics and outcome determination.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a platform malfunction, server error, or software bug that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, 36bd reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. Winnings derived from a demonstrably erroneous game state — such as an incorrectly displayed jackpot figure or an odds feed error — are not payable and will be voided.

6.3 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports betting markets on 36bd are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI, FIFA). Where an official result is disputed or delayed, 36bd may suspend settlement pending clarification. In the event of a match abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time the bet was placed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 36bd platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
• Opening or operating more than one Player Account, whether directly or through a third party.

• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Exploiting documented or undocumented software errors to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operating conditions.

8. Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

8.1 Suspension by 36bd

36bd reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects a violation of these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or where the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In the event of a suspension, 36bd will notify the Player via the email address or contact details registered to the account and explain the basis for the action where legally permissible.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days. Pending wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods available include 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. 11. Limitation of Liability

36bd's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Real Money Balance during the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

36bd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://36bd.io/privacy-policy. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 36bd will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only share it with Game Providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform and protect its integrity.

13. Amendments to These Terms

36bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
